British Racing Green represents a unique mix of high performance and heritage. While ALLIED may not have ties to its European origin, our culture is steeped in eurocentric bike racing. We can still recall the grainy, gritty footage and hear the roar of the crowd during the 83rd edition of Milan San Remo back in 1992. On that day a fanatical announcer called the spring classic and the moment when Sean Kelley caught Moreno Argentin in the final kilometer after a daredevil decent of the Poggio and then dusted him in the sprint to the line. The Italian tifosi were heartbroken while Ireland rejoiced.

Born From Rebellion, British Racing Green is not just for cars anymore.
BRG takes its name from the green international motor racing colour of the United Kingdom. The story goes that it originated with the 1903 Gordon Bennett Cup, held in Ireland during a time when motor-racing on public roads was illegal in Great Britain. As a sign of respect, the British cars were painted shamrock green.
