House, car, engagement ring (when applicable ;-)), bicycle.  Maybe not in that order, but these are likely the most expensive purchases a cyclist will ever make.  So we realize that unless you are fortunate enough to live close to an ALLIED dealer, buying your bike sight unseen from us may be a bit unnerving.  Our guarantee to you is this; if you are not 100% satisfied with your ALLIED purchase within the first 30 days, we will offer to refund the entire purchase price or apply it to a different one of our bikes.

Your satisfaction with our products is of the highest importance. Our team has spent countless hours designing and perfecting every detail of our bikes to ensure that they are the best they can be and we are just as committed to customer service. Should you ever have a problem, we encourage you to call us first. We will do our very best to handle any issue you might have as quickly as possible.


If you need to return one of our products, our return policy is simple:

  • You can return any product for exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • You will receive full amount minus 5% for credit card processing fees.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be possible on a case-by-case basis if an item is returned after the initial 30-day purchase period or if the item is not in as-new condition.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming that we have received and processed your returned item.
  • Once a refund is approved and processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment within 7-14 days. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to show up on your credit card or bank statement.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Finally, we highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We do require that you contact us in advance at to be provided with a return authorization number so we may more easily track your return.
