100%. We do a full inspection to ensure each frame is in good condition and the bike is ready to ride.

Of course. The same return policy applies to our Outlet bikes as to our new, full-price models. We encourage you to chat with us before purchasing to ensure you're matched with a bike that's a good fit for you. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within the first 30 days.

New bikes are in perfect condition and unridden. Demo bikes have been ridden and are well used. We clean and inspect the bike for mechanical function before selling. Blemish bikes are unridden models that have a minor cosmetic imperfection, most often in the paint. If you're curious about the imperfection, please get in touch with us and we'll provide a detailed description of the condition.

Outlet bikes are backed by ALLIED’s frame warranty, as well as being covered for frame defects that fall under our frame warranty policies. However, paint defects and non-ALLIED components are not covered by warranty on Outlet bikes. cription
