RACE FAST. GO WIDE.

ABLE is the premier gravel race-bike of choice for two essential reasons: speed and stability. Its racing-focused geometry and sleek tube shapes enable its swift, road-bike responsiveness, while lowered chainstays and clearance for gargantuan 700x57mm tires give it near MTB-level performance capability to meet the demands of modern gravel events. Speed is nothing without control, and ABLE is a master of both.

NEVER MORE ABLE

We’ve always been about giving you the most advanced, performance-driven racing platform. And that’s never more true than on the new ABLE. Racing geo and massive tire clearance are complemented with our multi-position ST03 stem, fully internal routing, in-frame storage, and dropper and suspension fork compatibility. It's a 5-star quiver of skill sets to dominate off-road competition.

The SRAM Force XPLR AXS Build

Everyone who rides SRAM’s FORCE component group knows that calling it “mid-tier” feels like a misnomer. And FORCE XPLR AXS hits above its weight class. With a tighter 10–46t, 13-speed cassette for tight steps for precision cadence in racing, world-class hood ergonomics, powerful braking, and ridiculously strong chain management, it feels every bit the premium drivetrain as RED, but cuts a leaner figure on the price.

You can’t simply open up tire clearance and have a great race bike. We optimized ABLE’s geo for speed and stability around a large-tire setup, so when you’re screaming down a sketch section at race pace, it won’t flinch. Industry Nine 1/1 Ultralite Carbon Gravel wheels feel equal parts planted yet nimble, and Continental’s Race King 29x2.2” tires let you wring out your fastest efforts while enjoying a plush ride when the gravel gets rough.

Frequently Asked Questions

700 x 45mm is the smallest tire we recommend for handling characteristics and safety. Any smaller would lower the bottom bracket and increase the risk of pedal strikes in corners and off road.

29 x 2.25/57mm MEASURED Width  (Note: tire manufacturers measure differently, so it’s best to use calipers to check that the tire isn’t over 57mm wide). For more details, see our compatibility guide here.

The ABLE frame was designed, proto-typed and fully tested in-house at our factory in Rogers, AR.  The carbon lay-up and molding on the front triangle and rear triangle take place at an external factory based in Asia.  Each raw carbon part produced at the external factory undergoes a rigorous in-house quality inspection and paint preparation to ensure the highest standards.  The ST03 stem is manufactured fully in-house at our Rogers location.   Finally, the frame is custom-painted and assembled to each customer’s unique order at our Rogers facility, then goes through a final inspection and test ride before leaving the factory. You can read more about our manufacturing updates here.

No, the ABLE frame is purposely designed for 1x to maximize tire clearance with the shortest chainstay possible.

Wolftooth Premium IS41/52 with a custom dust-cap and spacers to match our STO3 stem design. If you are running a standard externally routed stem, it will also accommodate any IS41/52 headset like Chris King Dropset 3.

Yes, it can fit gravel-specific forks from Rockshox, Fox, and Cane Creek. You will need to use a standard stem and ported Eagle cable guide.  Keep in mind, most suspension forks will limit tire clearance per the recommendation of the fork manufacturer.

Yes, all of our bikes and models ship set up tubeless with Orange Seal sealant.

Up to 50 tooth in the front using a SRAM Wide, or GRX 1x cranksets.

Yes, please select 'Custom' for the paint option when your purchase your ABLE and we will follow up to confirm what paint option you are looking for. Keep in mind, the $750 is the starting price for custom paint, which covers the cost of matching most standard auto paint colors, but additional colors, complex colors and design work will incur additional labor and materials costs that we will quote.

We do offer a version of the ABLE with externally routed ABLE fork for the front brake, and an Eagle with external cable port for the rear brake, and standard IS41/52 headset compatible with standard stems.

No, the ABLE is designed for wireless electronic drivetrains only, with or without our internal stem.
