GRAX

All-Purpose
High-Performance
Chain Lube

It just works you just pedal.

Long days riding gravel can be as nasty as it gets. GRAX is formulated to shed moisture, mud, slop, and goo in extreme conditions and do it for a ridiculously long time. It exists to run fast, shave watts, and reduce drag over long distances for racers of all disciplines.

My chain was quiet and smooth-running all day long.

The last time I did Unbound, I used ProGold lube, and my chain was basically seizing up by the first checkpoint, squawking and screeching like mad. Allied’s gravel wax lube was golden! My chain was quiet and smooth-running all day long. I was very happy with the GRAX. It’s now my go-to for gravel.

my drivetrain remains notably cleaner than it ever has

With GRAX lube I’m able to ride my bike and wash it with soap for two- to three-week stints without hearing a peep from the drivetrain. In addition to the impressive lube duration, my drivetrain remains notably cleaner than it ever has with petroleum oils. Bikepackers and anyone who’s headed out for a long MTB vacation will likely love GRAX...

GRAX kept my chain quiet and smooth.

GRAX kept my chain quiet and smooth. It certainly lasts longer than regular dry lube and stays clean longer than wet lube. My chain stayed respectably clean between rides , and simple post ride wipe down s brushed off any debris that had collected during a ride.

So far, I'm a big fan.

I've been using GRAX on my Rocky Mountain Altitude [bike] and after 10 solid rides in all sorts of nasty weather, I haven't had to reapply. This has already been a big win. The Altitude [bike] has been quieter with GRAX compared to conventional lube.

How To GRAX

Step 1

CLEAN YOUR DRIVE TRAIN WITH GRAX OFF.

Apply GRAX OFF liberally to chain, cassette, chainrings, and derailleur pulleys

Scrub with nylon brush

Rinse with water

Repeat till it shines

Dry completely

Step 2

APPLY GRAX.

Place applicator directly on chain

Pedal backwards

Liberally stream GRAX on entire length of chain

Shift through all gears

Let sit for one hour or more before riding

(if in a hurry, 10-15 minutes will work, but need to wipe off excess lube)

Step 3

CLEAN YOUR DRIVE TRAIN WITH GRAX OFF.

GRAX lasts approximately 350 miles and can be re-applied three times without a deep clean of your drive train.

Under severe conditions (mud, rain, etc) GRAX lasts around 100 miles and requires a full cleaning before re-application.
